Well, the title pretty much says it all. To create this design, I started by painting my nails with Wet n Wild Tickled Pink. Once that was dry, I taped off my fingers and marbled with Tickled Pink and Revlon ColorStay Rich Raspberry. For the accent nails I used a dotting tool and Sinful Colors Snow Me White to easily make the polka dots.
