Conjured By Amanda Wampler: Swatches and Review

Hi Everyone!

It feels so good to be blogging again!  I'm so sorry for the lack of posts recently, I just haven't had any time to write up anything.  Hopefully soon I'll be able to have a good blogging schedule.

Today I'm sharing with you some swatches of a new indie brand called Conjured By Amanda Wampler.  I've got three polishes from the Drums of War collection to review; I think you'll love them!
First up is For The Alliance!, a gorgeous blue and gold glitter.  This can be worn over another color as a topper, or by itself.  I chose to use three thin coats on their own for full coverage.

Hero-Lust is a beautiful blue polish with a holographic shimmer.  I just love this one, it's so bright happy!  I used two perfect coats for the picture below.

Swipe is a bright pumpin-y orange with a holographic shimmer.  I used just ONE coat for this one!  Perfection!

Formula:  The formula on all three polishes was amazing.  I had no issues whatsoever.

Overall:  I had a fantastic first impression with these polishes, I love them!

Be sure to check out Amanda's Etsy shop to pick up a couple of polishes if you like the look of these!  You can also follow her on Instagram.
Have a wonderful week!

*These polishes were sent to me in exchange for my honest review.

Umbrella Nail Art

Hey Everyone!
Today's post is umbrella nail art!  I posted this on my Instagram a while ago, but didn't get around to blogging about it until now.

I really love these, they're just so cute and happy!  I started with a base of Barielle Enduring on all my nails, and then painted the umbrella on my accent nail.

To do the umbrella, I started with the outline and then filled in the spaces with different colors.  I used Jenna Hipp colors for all of the umbrella.  To finish off I put Northern Lights top coat on all of my nails.

Ok, that's all for today, let me know how you liked these!
Have a wonderful weekend!

Zoya Payton Swatches and Review

Hey everybody!
Today I'm sharing Zoya Payton, an amazing polish that's part of Zoya's winter Zenith collection.  I managed to pick up this and another polish while they were having a sale.  I'm so happy I did!

Payton is a deep red-ish purple color with tons of holographic flecks.  The site describes it as "A full- coverage, galactic cranberry with holographic glitter."  I really need to try some galaxy nail art with this, I think it would look so stunning!

The coverage on this was amazing, this is two thin coats.  I bet you could probably even get away with one if you made it a little thicker.  The dry time was average, not the fastest, but not excruciatingly long either.

Just look at all of that holo!!

Well, that's all for today folks!  I hope you all have a wonderful week, and a very happy New Year's Eve!!

Exciting News!

Hey Everyone!  Long time no see!
So, I know it's been a long time since my last post, and I'm really sorry.  But I do have some exciting news to share with you all!  I'm starting my own indie brand of polish!  I've been considering doing this for a long time and I finally took the leap and did it.   My brand is called Royal Polish (can you guess where i got the name?)  My pre-order  is going to be around the 27th, nothing is for sure though.  I post all updates and  swatches on Royal Polish's Instagram account.  If you could all follow me there, that would be great, it would mean a lot to me :)
Okay, enough babbling!  Here are swatches of all 5 colors in my upcoming collection, Happily Ever After:

Ball Gown is a silvery blue shimmer with micro-fine pink and silver glitter.  Shown is 3 coats plus top coat:

Crown Jewels is a clear glitter topper packed full of gold and silver holo dots, light purple holo hexes, gold micro glitter, and a hint of red and navy micro glitter.  This is only 1 coat with top coat.  Sooo sparkly!

Once Upon A Time is a red shimmer with red and gold micro glitter.  2 coats:

Prince Charming is another clear glitter topper with navy micro glitter and gold and white random cut glitter.  1 coat over dark brown:

Shining Armor is a black jelly full of blue gray hexes and smaller silver hexes. This is 2 coats:

Okay that's all!  I hoped you liked these,  I'm pretty proud of them.
Have an amazing Sunday!

Wanderlust Lacquer Ice Queen and Witches Brew

Hey everybody!  Blogger's finally working, yay!!!
Today I've got some great polishes to share with you from Wanderlust Lacquer.

Ice Queen is a gorgeous ocean blue jelly packed full of holo glitter.  And when I say packed, I mean packed.  There was no fishing whatsoever!  This is just so amazingly pretty.  Love!

The formula was great too, I only needed two coats for full opacity.  The dry time was fast.

Witches Brew is a purple jelly with holo circle and hex glitters.  This one is also full of glitter, absolutely no fishing.  I'm really liking this one too, why is it so stunning?!

Wonderful formula, this is two coats with top coat.  It took a little longer to dry than Ice Queen, so I added quick dry drops.

I'm super happy with these two polishes, they're beautiful!  Both are available on Wanderlust Lacquer's website, go check them out!  She's having a Cyber Monday sale, I don't know what the code is yet, but all updates/sales are posted on her Instagram :)
Thanks for stopping by!

Technical Difficulties

Hey everybody!
I don't know how many of you saw my last "post," but it was a little funky.  Blogger doesn't seem to be saving my pictures, and is posting just text instead.  This has been going on for two days, and I'm trying to work it out.  Hopefully I'll have my post up by tomorrow, it's a good one!
Thanks for understanding!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Hi everyone!  Happy Thanksgiving!
I'm thankful for so many things, my awesome family, home, and food.  So in honor of this delicious holiday, I decided to do some turkey nail art.

I decided it needed some bling, so I added rhinestones :)

I love these, I think the turkey really turned out well!  I hope you like them too!
Have a wonderful day!
